Microsoft Campus Agreement

Product Description Microsoft Campus Agreement is a one or three year software subscription model covering the Microsoft products most used in academia. Payments are annual and the licensing metric is Staff FTE (with some omissions allowed). At the end of the agreement you have the option to renew, exercise a buy-out or stop using the software. A standard Campus Agreement offers more favourable pricing for sites that have more than 3,000 FTE staff – signing up to Eduserv’s agreement will allow all sites access to this preferential “Level B” pricing. |

In accordance with Microsoft Master Service Agreement for Premier Support, the ESC has the ability to escalate calls directly to Microsoft Ltd where appropriate.
